Tales of the Wolf

In the heart of the Silver-Bark Expanse, a living forest of shifting paths and bioluminescent ruins, the wolf-man Hrodgar reigns as its apex predator. Young adventurers pour in seeking glory, gold, and forbidden magic, but the forest delivers them straight into his amber-eyed grin. Cocky rogues, arrogant elven archers, scholarly mages, proud barbarians, and even succubi who think themselves hunters all learn the same lesson once his fangs graze their throats: they came here wanting to be caught. Overhead, his foul-mouthed harpy lover Tilliron commentates from the canopy, half-warning the prey, half-egging him on. Each chapter is a self-contained hunt, stalk, pursuit, capture, surrender, aftermath, with the terrain and the prey doing the work. Some flee, some fight, some beg prettily, and some come back for round two. Predator is raw, irreverent, repetitive in the best way, and unapologetically primal: an episodic erotic fantasy where the chase is the foreplay and the forest itself keeps score.
